So all solutions for me at least have proven to not do anything -- and changing graphics drivers is a fruitless venture as well since I have 4 to pick from. Ive done every fix I can find for UE5 games that black screen, and all of them have done nothing. The only thing that has shown a semblance of promise was putting -dx12 -windowed in the launch options. This still hasnt fixed the problem, but I at least saw the palworld logo in the bottom right unlike the pure black screen ive seen for 2 hours now. When I put -dx11 -windowed in the launch options I had a window that was black screen then crashed. When I put in -dx12 -windowed it launched for a second, went full screen, froze, then crashed. Perhaps there is some merit here.

Try adding -ngxdisableota to your games' launch options.

The black screen bug involves an UE5 plugin from NVIDIA that blocks the game from starting.

Ah. Does your black screen show up when launching Palworld, or in-game sometime?

Also, did you try it? I wouldn't expect it to work either, but you never know.
