Hello everyone, the IP address of my nitrado server changes every day and so I lose all my progress how to fix it

That shouldnt happen? Contact nitrado. How are you supposed to host a server that wipes randomly everyday lol.

Thank you for your replies I tried to contact Nitrado but no feedback and I am afraid to start a new game for nothing so I seek help on the forum if people have Nitrado servers and encounter the same problem

You have a PAL server host to recommend to me, especially a reliable one. I'm going to Nitrado for Ark and pretty happy with the performance

Server with dynamic IP, you need refund for sure.
Even human dont change phone number each day

have you checked to make sure the server is saving at all? I host one locally on windows and the server doesnt save unless I use the /save command while logged in as admin

Game is brand new, and nitrado is probably experiencing server issues. Had the same issue when Project Zomboid blew up, my server kept getting destroyed and reformatted automatically because of corruption.

Contact them again, if you havent explained the issue in full. Hopefully you get a useful rep respond who knows their stuff.

My IP keeps changing as well, but my progress is still there. I contacted support just now to ask how to make the IP static
