The 'days' counter bugged?

Just wondering if anyone has gotten this also.

Each time I check the amount of days I have been in the world for it seems to go down randomly for example, I had around 20 days and then when I went back in the game just now I stated I had 4 days?

Was also wondering if anyone knows if the 'days' feature effects gameplay in any way cause im worried im gonna miss out on something due to the bug.

mine reset twice now each time i was over 30 days. after the first reset my map reset a few days after and i had to re-explore everything

Mine has reset at least twice that I've noticed.

Not certain if it's related but after inviting a friend into my world the next time I logged on my days had reset.

Didn't really bother me though.
