can I feed my cattle bell pepper?
without them dying or getting hurt.

I see conflicting comments in the forum and wiki is old/ outdated and on that crap fandom site...

I don't remember it ever hurting the animals but I don't remember specifically testing it ether. I don't think it would hurt them...

It fine. I got way more cattle over time after feeding them pepper. I even feed them glow tulip. Those cattle will multiply any way.
