Boss Order?
I remember the atlantian wurm was added before the titans....

... but the last of the primary souls drops the item to make the titan summons....

The boss in the outer rim is already summoned and alive?

And once you are out there, it's trivial to get the things to summon the bug queen in the desert?

What's the actual expected order to take them out anyway?

Does the core tell you to take out the wurm or the corrupted bug queen?

I completely forgot to talk to the core after lowering the wall.

I just beat the desert titan, now the core says:
"A titanic creature lurks in the undergrowth of the ancient forest to the northwest"
"An adversary to Azeos, called upon by an ancient song"

So it sounds like it's Druidra.
The core only directs you to the bosses that drop souls, and the core commander.

It does not direct you to the 3 outer ring slime bosses, the wyrm, the bug queen, or the boss that roams the passage.

Of those, the slimes are huntable right from the start, although the lava slime is harder than the wyrm in my opinion.

The Wyrm is the next easiest, the last 2 need access to the passage in order to fight. (1 because it is in the passage, the other because you need to buy its summoning item from the merchant in the passage.)

If we go off boss HP pool and factor in how dangerous they are the list would be something like this :-

Glurch 2.5k
Ghorm 8k
Malugaz 14.5k
King Slime 24k
Hive Mother 24.5k
Azeos 32k
Ivy 39k
Morpha 84.5k
Omoroth 91k
Altantean Wurm 6.5k per segment (very hard to rank this one)
Ra'Akar 161k

Then we have the Elemental Titans which all have the same HP pool 137k but would slot in after Ra'Akar (since you need that kill the summon the them).
Druidra
Crydra
Pyrdra
Igneous 161k (whether Igy is more or less dangerous than the titans is arguable, but an awful lot of forum threads suggest that it might well be so I put it here, but I personally think it's easier than the Elementals)

Nimruza 228.5k (could be argued to be harder than Commander and needs passage access to summon, but again I didn't find Nim overly challenging.)
Commander 465.5k

And lastly Urschleim at 250k HP, so less HP than Commander, but one touch and you're dead without a dodge build. And to answer the question, yeah, it starts off already summoned.

The event bosses are equivalent to non-event variants.

I think that would be the order I'd rank them (except Igy which I'd move up above Crydra and possibly Druidra).

1) i didn't know this, so, i think they just added the droplist to it to make it easier to farm (edit: i think i'm misinterpreting something here, atlantean wurm is it's own entity, it doesn't depend on titan drop to call it as you only need to buy it's lure from fisherman npc, and yes, ra-akar drops the item to make hydra's summon, but atlantean isn't one of them)

2) yeah, i think it just respawns in intervals

3) haven't done this, so, i think so, was playing before it

4) generally, after you lowered the wall, based on what the core says, you want to progress through wilderness to beat azeos first, then, to the sea, and to the desert titan, and you repeat the same order for the hydras (druidra, crydra, pydra), and then, the core commander, other than that, there's no boss order on which you should tackle afaik

5) none of them, unless the update changes the order, and that means i need to do a new game for it

After the 1st kill you need to use a Primeval Slime Cell anywhere in the Passage to re-summon it. It doesn't respawn automatically. :Caveling:

This may just be confusion about which boss is being talked about:

The Altantean Wurm resummons itself automatically. Urschleim needs to be re-summoned in un-modded games.

Good point, there's uh... 4 bosses that automatically respawn. All the Elemental titans and the Wurm. :Caveling:

Could well be a bug in that case. I just doubled checked in a world I've been playing, I killed Urschleim several days ago (last week sometime) and using a scanner finds nothing. Pity, it could've saved me using materials to craft a summon idol. :partygoblin:

On the other hand, as long as he does not respawn, you can roam the passage collecting pandorium ore without needing to run when the screen shakes.

so one way to look at it would be to go by the item level of their drops:
(note: I just went with their dedicated "always drops one of the following" loot for this)

Optional bosses are indicated with a *

Glurch: 3-5
Ghorm: 5-8
Malugaz: 7-9
*Hive Mother: 7-10
*King Slime: 9
Azeos: 10-11
*Ivy: 10-12
*Morpha: 12-13
Omoroth: 13-14
Ra-Akar: 15
*Igneous: 16
*Atlantean Worm: 17
Druidra: 16-17
Crydra: 16-17
Pyrdra: 16-17
Core Commander: 17
*Urschleim: 18
*Nimruza: 18
