Does the Octarine Garden Trowel Ignore the Expert gardener Buff?
Tried growing plants using the new tool and no golden plant appeared even when fully grown.

Ya, it's either a bug or they designed it to work that way.

I do hope they fix that, it's not much of a QoL adjustment if you can't get the delicious goldens from it.
