I'm stumped. I can't jump high enough so how am I supposed to do this level?

My hubby bought this game for me, and I am stumped on level 16. Is there a particular sequence for jumping to get over the spikes? Thank you.

Any tips for level 41? I can't beat it hahaha

I'm stuck in this level and there are only 50 levels in this game. How do I leave?
