I was banned on Lost ark by the developer, last played 22-05-2022?

I just received a permanent ban from lost ark developers today. I last touched the game in 22-05-2022 with a total of 3.8h played. They didn't say the reason.
I can't appeal to this on steam, steam help says I have to contact the developers? I dislike the game and want nothing to do with it or its developers, especially now.
Did something like this happen to anyone else? Is there any way I can remove this off of my profile?

edit2: ok so they did say they will remove the bans https://forums.playlostark.com/t/false-bans-following-january-bot-ban-waves/505020 , some other article said some bans already got removed, mine is sill there but it'll probably go away

maybe you should stop spreading nonsense or do your own research before reposting your false statements.

If this is the case and they are banning users that they deem are 'bots' without a reasonable basis then that would be a shocking abuse of the game ban award mechanism. Even if they overturn some individual bans issued, Valve simply cannot allow this to happen. That's why I wont touch a few of these fringe cheat protected titles because I'm not getting banned for no reason whereby my account is ruined to a garbage title through developer abuse especially when game bans can be issued for other reasons outside of cheating.

Valve doesn't even have appeals because VAC is flawless. They should better be quiet and don't judge lol

if someone can not read corpa:

they made a mistake.
they found the reason for the mistake.
they will remove wrongly applied bans.
you can write an appeal to their support but you dont have to.

The dev's themself have said the bans has been in error and are working to fix it. To the why me/not me, better ask the dev's.

The devs have said the bans had nothing to do with account age and people not playing too, so questioning the conspiracy theorist throwing out that nonsense is entirely valid

Their new pinned post suggests that the problem has been resolved but many players have still not been unbanned. They even changed the wording on this pinned post from “all have been reversed” to they will be “shortly” reversed.
