What's the absolute maximum of people you can keep alive?

I know Kaylee's a no go, she has to die, but aside from that, seems every other character can survive one way or another.

But does anyone knows, optimally, in one playthrough, how many characters can survive and how many have to die for that to happen?

SPOILERS.......... Well, everyone else can live but Chris and Silas. These have to die for everyone else to live. But you have to keep Bobby healthy to keep him and two others alive.

Ah, that's basically the result I got except I couldn't see a way to spare Caleb as well without losing Kaitlyn and Dylan.

Sure. I don't really see myself going back just for that anyways, and it seems there's a LOT of parameters that could make this one tiny part of the game go differently.

Like for instance, my Dylan and Kaytlin were uninfected and Dylan had his arm cut off.

Not sure what would change in different cases.

SPOILERS....Ok , Well You have to get Dylan and Katlyn bit. Don't cut Dylan's hand off. No need. Don't shoot Caleb, he will not hurt you, as long as you are bit. But later may so you may have to find good hiding places, just don't shoot him.. It should work out.
I played a few times with some different results. Kind of interesting to see the different outcomes. Have fun...

I haven't played "Devil in me" yet. I like all the others. I think I like "little Hope" and "Man of Medan" the best. Well anyway, have fun.

This is the second time I do the Quarry, and I just did Man of Medan the second time last night.

I'm surprised to see someone else who also thinks Little Hope is one of the best.
Folks seem to not like it.
Man of Medan, though, good don't get me wrong. But I figured out what was going on before I even met the main characters.

I was pretty far from figuring out Little Hope's twist, though, I can tell you that much.
Which is surprising, since I started my re-play, and it was staring me in the face the whole time.

The Devil in me's one of the best. I think you're going to love it.

Yah Little Hope is probably my favorite. I didn't see the twist at all. Man of Medan, I figured it out at some point. I played the Quarry maybe 4 times maybe more. I wanted to see what would be different with different choices. And try to get achievements. , I have a lot of unfinished games to play. Have a great day.
