Good call! I think you're onto something there. I bet you're right that the 64 cents is for the Nintendo 64. I wonder what else the $21 could be for.

The developer is in France I believe, so the price might have just been set in Euros and then automatically translated to other currencies using steam's suggested conversion ratio.

It's $30.76 in Australia.

Edit: Just looked up the original prices, it looks like the Euro and USD price are both at the same base, so maybe there is something there meaningful to the developer. Hard to say.
