That's not to say I wouldn't mind if they brought out a newer version which ran better and all that...sure that'd be great. But I do still think the games are worth playing, even now, and understand why they are popular.
It's not and why people still say this..... The game has aged and the handling is awful. You can have an agenda and an opinion but do you understand that FH5 has a SOLO mode in which there is plenty of traffic and traffic that you can challenge? Online I couldn't care as bot cars get in the way for completing non race events.
Why do you need lights lol. To reference a quote from FH4. OMG I'm dying here.
Cruising? Sure it's fun, but it's nowhere near the main draw of the game nor will you enjoy it as such.
Given that you like trucks, just download GTAV, get a truck, drive around, murder a hooker and get on with your day. Sounds right up your alley.
it was so cool at that time =)
EDIT: Hey, it's actually on Steam...

Visual quality should never be the reason of loving or playing a game. ETS, ATS aren't the best visual experience out there, no one said that. But deeper than the visuals, those games are just about driving, chilling, trucking, nothing more. And they do it so well, you can't deny that. Visuals come after mechanics, immersion and overall quality. And to be honest, I find those games pretty good for already years released games.
There's no way you have seen all the map in 3-4 hours of game place. That's a bit of exaggeration. I've got a little over 50 hours into it and I still need 50 XP boards, and a few parts of the map that I'm just unlocking the campaign for it now. It's the first time I've played the game so you might have one up on me there, but there still ain't any way someone can see it all that fast.
On the other hand, it's an expensive game and buying it solely for random driving around isn't going to justify the price in my opinion. There are plenty of $4 exploration games on Steam.
hyped for a game with the worst dev in the world ?
no gsync, no motion data, no VR, poor physics, stutter.....and I can continue.
my WRC 10 review from Kylotonn, the TDU crown maker.
