But rockstar is gonna rockstar
There's keys for it but they're not cheap, $30 rn and keep going up
Again though, two more methods; obtain a physical copy, or
They did actually relist the originals back on sale on R* store shortly after the release of DE, and R* even offered them for free back then but only for those who owned the PC version of DE. Fingers crossed for Steam though.
what was the point in the end? the DE is a pile of crap, i think even Rockstar knows this and they disrupted the sales of their own games in the process and lost standing with the customer at the same time. The DE would of had to be something really special to recover from that mess, instead they've just let it happen. Where is the logic behind this disastrous action?
Rockstar needs to be reorganised and new goals are needed, because if this is what is to come for every classic or good game they have, then they may as well not bother. It doesn't help most of their effort on the GTA front is put into that toxic multiplayer nonsense on GTA V. If they can put the effort on GTA V multiplayer to bring content that works there, then they can put the effort in on this trilogy. They don't have any excuse not to try.
Chances are you should already have a R* account if you play GTA 5 or 4. But I somehow agree with you, such an inconvenience to begin with.
