World 4 "beat all levels" achievement not unlocking?

Posting in an aim to reach the developers. Despite having finished all levels (I received the 'all gold medals' achievement), the 'Beat all world 4 levels' achievement remains locked. Is this something that can be investigated, and/or fixed to update? (even if just a retrospective check at launch to compare Steam vs in-game tracked achievements) Ta =)...

Which level has the 'impossible cave' (achievement) location in it?

I assumed it was the inaccessible hole in "Cheese" , but after squishing my way in there I was not rewarded.

Singleplayer: The game freezes at level 11 in Bomb cutscene.

Is it possible to skip the cutscene to start this level? System: Intel Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, RAM 8GB, Windows 7 SP1 Pro (x64).
