Where do the photos you take in photo mode go?

After taking a photo where do i find it in the pc?

Anyone? I've gone back and taken several more, and I've scoured my hard drive pretty carefully. This is pretty frustrating.

It seems like you need to have the Steam Overlay enabled. I don't like having it on because achievements popping up when you're playing a horror game is irritating. I also have the "show screenshots from this session when you exit" (or whatever) turned on, I have no idea if this helps. I'm tired of experimenting :)

I tried using the in game buttons, and F12 (which makes no sound, I have Steam Overlay on)

I dont know where the hell they are going either

It turns out the pics you take with the in game button basically save it as a steam screenshot.

I have no idea where mine are going either, F12 isn't working, and in-game photo mode is making a sound, but who knows where they are going.

you can view your screenshots on steam game page, left click it and then right clicks the image and choose "browse to screenshot"

or just click "manage screenshots" and then "show on disk"

Nope, i take screenshots in almost every game i play. I even loaded another game just to be sure something wasnt wrong.......F12.....took a screenshot. Im pretty bummed too, ive been taking some good ones in this game thinking i would eventually find them....nothing

no clue man,
i can hear the sound and see miniature in bottom rightcorner whether i use f12 or photo mode, then i can see those screenshots in post-game summary on game steam page and in screenshots section

Same issue here. Even though I have steam overlay checked, F12 doesn't work.
And I have no idea where photo mode pics are stored. If anyone could help, I would highly appreciate it.

F12 does not make the sound it usually makes -- within Photo Mode in the game hitting Snap Picture makes a sound - but nothin seems to save. This apparently is a clear bug affecting some people.

So i found that you can use Xbox screengrab (Win + Alt + PrtScrn) F12 does not work with overlay off or on, and I disabled nvidia overlay for good measure and tried windows modae nothing. Xbox ScreenGrab seems to be the only way

Same here, Steam overlay on, F12 does nothing, within photo mode I hear the sound but can't find them on my disk.
