can't connect to the main menu

Hello dear community i have a problem as I already mentioned in the title I can't get to the main menu, no virus or similarly things are reported ,only when I start the game it tells me that the game is connecting and when sigh in pop up nothing happens any ideas how to fix this?...

Игра не подключается к серверу. Главное меню не заходит. Просто крутит подключения и больше никаких действий.

Я скачал демо версию игры чтобы узнать какая она. Но при подключению к серверу у меня ничего не происходит, Значок крутится, а толку никакого...
