You can't get 100M score in rift lord with only infinite money/trap whatever. Need more orc/wave or more combo point per mob.
Well, when the 2 first score is 100millions+++, the third is at around 7 million, on a FIVE WAVE MAP, you know something fishy is going on.
About caring, that's called having a goal to reach, and it's extremely common in the video game world. Can't reach that goal if the leaderboard is polluted with cheating score.
That's not a hard concept to grasp.
As for point scores I think it may actually be possible to get 100M+ scores naturally in endless, and I want a chance to at least try to compete for those scores without these polluted leader boards.
because people wants to be competitive? its their choice. the problem they're facing now is, the scoreboard is not clean.
Scoreboards have exist for so long. so dont just brush it off as just a "board of figures, no rewards". Sense of pride and accomplishment anyone?
i dont know how long you have been gaming, but literally every scoreboard on PC will have cheaters dominating in the first page.
It might be true that the scoreboard might not be polluted with cheaters, but it could also be true that it is polluted. Leaning towards a lot more on cheating, since the numbers are just too... huge and to get there you must at least spend A LOT of hours and dont forget that the enemies keep getting stronger and stronger and much more faster. So your traps will be obsolete at one point.
So what you're saying is you have no proof, can't demonstrate an example through a video and you think that the developers will reset the leaderboard just to let you be on the top for a short moment. That would just compromise the whole point of a leaderboard in the first place. If you’re willing to reset the leaderboard without any proof at all that cheating is even a possibility then why do you even care about being on it. Obviously you don’t value its integrity. And no, saying that you can’t prove that people are not cheating is not an argument. That’s not how anything works. You provided a statement, it’s up to you to back it up with actual evidence, not for us to disprove it.
Far Cry 4 had already stupid online boards for mini missions like driving through a race course. Normally you need about 1-2 minutes and the best scores were 0,01 seconds.
Okay, hold up. Whats with you and proof? There's literally a thread around here that ask for cheats and someone giving it.
You didnt care for scoreboard in the first place and now you want to keep the scoreboards intact as it is? It has been proven for Decades that scoreboards will eventually be filled with cheaters, and why think that OMD3 is any difference? Even a niche game with dozen of players have their scoreboards ruined by cheaters.
here's your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ proof btw.

I have more, do you want me to keep posting evidence? or do you intend to stop me so you can hide your embarrassment?
I can't speak for everyone but I believe most people would agree with me that if you're an adult who makes a living as a programmer you probably have better things to do than waste your precious limited free time to cheat on leaderboard in random games. As an adult it's not an achievement, it's not a merit it's nothing. Completely pointless. Also what the heck is a cheat engine? Nothing what you said made any sense and I know a thing or two about programming as well.
