Ways to counter Earth Elementals in high wave endless?
I've been doing some Endless maps, and every time I eventually lose it is always because of Earth Elementals. By the later waves they just breeze straight through my tar/Arcane fire/Laser/Wall Sawblade maze with next to no damage.

What's a good strategy to kill them quickly? I get to about wave 60 reliably with no issues from any of the other enemies.

1. Flip traps into instant death.
2. Apply confusion to force them back into the maze.
3. Apply acid to make them take more damage.

If it is safe, you could also try stunning/stoning/freezing them inside the sawblade killbox.

there is no real easy way, they are the killers of late game runs. with them having the ability to split multiple times and the fact that all forms gain more and more hp as the waves get longer and your traps dont scale with the waves, they are the bane of the endless mode.

if you want to get higher than 60, you'll need to instant kill them by throwing them into lava pits or out of bounds areas so the splits will also instantly die. or slow them with tar or freeze them so they die earlier in the kill box so that you have time to kill all their stages. or if you're lucky to have an area that you can knock them down to the beginning of your kill box so they have to do it again, that would be helpful. confusion to keep them going back through the kill box. though dont use confusion and freeze at the same time. that tends to negate each other.

and also make sure you have as many damage multipliers. arcane causes elemental damage to do more, freeze and acid makes physical damage do more. some of the traps can upgrade to have damage multipliers if they are stunned or affected by lighting or fire, just make sure you have a good synergy of damage types.

Furthest i've got is L64, does not matter what endless map i do ! At 64 they all take on the same characteristics and run through, nothing makes any difference. No idea how ppl get apparently so much higher if high scores are to be even partly believed. Prior to 64 i leakage of 1 or 2 since L60, but 64...it was a stampede through the rift.

Tar trap
Spike(Thunder modificator) - it will stop rush from enemies
Dart Spitter(Ice modificator) - it make bigger minions block the way so minor minions can not pass and keep than on traps taking damage, you can mix with Lasers.
Deep Freeze (Same Idea then Spitter) but Spitter is better.
Grinder for damage buff or keep Deep Freeze it will work well

I got 66 Waves using only it. After wave 65 Mountain Troll Will Be Imune almost anything, One Idea is to use Empty Rift to counter that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but I get really bored on wave 60 so I just choose to end the game.

So Acid will help you only scoring points... Do not take Acid for endless field it will not kill, and do not spend money on Flower or Butterflies this two itens are cool but will not help after wave 30.

And do not forget Trap Reset Trinket it will buff 20% your traps...

Grinder is one of the worst for endless, avoid it.

acid does not kill, no, its rubbish damage, but it does give a 50% debuff to physical, so 100% needed with physical traps. Butterfiles work all the way up to L65. No idea what you're on about m8 !

I like taking the scepter of domination and just focus fire them down. I find it a good weapon to engage big guys with charm and fliers at long distances too. (Obviously the stone staff if the best at deleting fliers but only when you get close enough for the secondary attack)

I got to 55 in endless today and I used the freeze cannons, bouncing saw traps and butterfly boxes. My idea was to just keep them walking around in circles until they died
