When you are dead the orcs starts sprinting to the rift. Usually this way solve the problem.
I was not aware that killing myself might help. This should be fixed.
Thanks Leon for the "su*cide" tip. Will try.
Edit: Yes, that works, neat. A heavy orc was coming out, "nope!"-ing out, going back home every couple of waves. Sprinted out after I died, every time. They were just scared, not unreasonable. But seriously, never had this happen once during initial playthrough. Will see if it happens on other maps now.

If the orcs just has not moved much after spawn kill yourself should, as previously mentioned, work.
The few times it has happened to me they despawned but also attacked cases that were near it because they thought they were stuck.
If it happens every time you play a map please upload a video.
Instead of fixing the root of the problem so orcs does not anymore entering walls or under maps, the fix is enemies to despawn after some time if they are stack, but this cause issue on par time or on high score when you play endless.
I remember when i tried to make a nice path on split stairs map most orcs stacks on the wall and die of despawn (score and combo losing).
Robot you made a game, make it work properly ....
