I don't know why but Agreal won't move from his spawning point and no demons will ever attack my kingdom , is there an issues with the game or something that i do wrong ?

What have you done so far ? Agrael should be on the move as soon as you captured Dunmoor , and then freed Isabel ? Both within a week.

If Agrael isn't moving after Dunmoor, then he's stuck.. It's been discussed before on various message boards and seems like it was never fixed. Some reported it being a temporary state, that he eventually did move on his own, others have said it was fixed by restarting the scenario and some exploited it by attacking him after they were done with everything else.

Freed Isabel , took the castle and after that radio silence , i had to go after him with isabel but at that point i had like archangels and everything maxxed

I would say retry map then. Agrael should come out and then the ai should annoy you with attacks from time to time. can you see agrael in the demon city behind an impossible demon garrison? is there any random creatures spawned in its way?

I would definitely restart the map if you don`t see Agrael coming at you in the first couple of weeks . That means something is wrong.
