HOMM5 keeps crashing when I enter the sancutary

My game keeps crashing (I think) whenever I enter the sancutary on last mission of warlock (Raelag's offer or something). How do I fix this?

Are you getting any particular error messages or codes when this happens?

I don't think so, it just says "HOMM5 stopped working" basically and then i press close program.

- Are there ay particular actions taken before the freeze/crash occurs
- Are there any notable events that happen every time the game crashes?
- Does rebooting the game still produce the same crash/are you unable to progress?

Ok Ubisoft , so several months passed and I am getting same crash as ppl in August??
Particular action is entering sanctuary by Shayda. Sanctuary is located next to the blue border guard and makes the game exit to desktop. Please fix this.

Can you please try these PC troubleshooting[support.ubi.com] steps as these have been known to help resolve issues such as crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

However, if the issue persists, could you submit a support ticket[support.ubi.com] and attach your system files dxdiag[support.ubi.com] and msinfo[support.ubi.com] and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

Hi, I know this is an old post but I had the same problem in 2023 and found this post looking for an answer, I found a solution eventually - reset the game options to default, their must be a bug with one of the options - perhaps quick combat option. That fixed the problem for me then on the next level change it back to whatever you want.

worked for me when game was crashing in 4th Agrael mission
