Cheat codes don't seem to work
I have tried editing the User.cfg or input.cfg with the appropriate edits; however I can't get the console to come up using the ` key. Any suggestion of how to set this up correctly to enable the cheats? Please be specifc.

in the meantime I finished HoMMV and now play HoMMVI.
