After all the Patches, is there still a Way to kill the red Reaper?
Any Idea to kill this Bastard in 2024?

I've beaten him several times in the past there, it's easy to avoid his attacks by walking at a safe distance (or running if necessary).
If annoying mobs like the "butterfly" or "goblin" arrive, take them down with magic or attack them while keep moving.
Being high level doesn't hurt either.

Killed him solo couple days ago with pure strength build lvl 140 in NG+. Fought him where first tutorial boss Holy Bulwark Otto was. Vestige is close and you have large open space to fight him.

He does have alot of HP but have same moves as regular black reaper and that makes him predictable. Only problem/annoyance where extra trash mobs spawning from time to time. But other that that pretty straightforward fight.

He's just a sponger version of the regular shades, mobs aside(which can be used for some sort of healing) just more time consuming compared to the optional fight against 3.

My Problem with him is that i can not heal.

Which is why you use mobs with certain items to heal that and spells.

Any areas to fight him without any ads around interrupting constantly (that haven't been patched)? That's honestly the most annoying part of fighting him.

Its built into the game so no, best option is an open arena to kite them.

I beat one next to the Windmill vestige. Right at a vestige, obviously, fairly open space, and easy to control adds.

Just get him to spawn in early game areas and be at a high level. The rest of the enemies in the area should be easy enough to defeat if they get in the way. Dodge a lot and use healing brio stones or spells if getting hit. Don't remember the spot where I killed him but it was pretty much the first area of the game and I was at a pretty high level and it was pretty easy to get the achievement.

Don't know what you mean, it is killable on last few weeks I played.
I didn't know about red reaper at all, until I mistakenly spawn it
