what mechanic can let you keep a stolen car?
cant find one that lets me do so? or i cant figure out how to do so

so! you have to go to the auto body shop (the customize car shop) and you have to pay coins to "refresh" it or somethn

Yes it gets a new registration plate and a paint job.
