Can't open the game

This is the first time i encounter having issue opening a game from steam, it says publisher is not recognize, my firewall is blocking the game. I cannot take the risk turning off the firewall just to play the game, anyone have the same issue?

First time hearing of it, you can make exceptions within your firewall to allow certain things to run without turning off your entire firewall.
