Unreal Engine Error When Starting Game

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to help with this Unreal Engine error I keep receiving anytime I try to start KOF XV:

I have tried as a fix:
-restarting my pc
-putting -dx11 in launch options and adding it to the shortcut exe file
-made sure the game was allowed through windows security
-uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics drivers
-updated my graphics drivers
-installed and updated DirectX
-disabled steam overlay
-uninstalled and reinstalled game
-verified game files
-running game as administrator

I've tried everything but a clean install of windows which I don't really wish to do.
The specs for my computer are:

Windows 10
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2300X Quad-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
8GBS Ram
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 560

Any help at all would be appreciated, it's been about 3 days and I'm losing my mind, this is the only game I want to play T.T
