According to what I saw on Steam Database The king of fighters XV regular version without standard and deluxe behind it is the ultimate edition... You can check by going to steam database website and looking what's inside that game's package.

Mature & Vice are not included in any season. They are part of a special double dlc.

Not available yet it seems. You can still get everything till "reaching" the ultimate version by purchasing what you are missing.

THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV

The last one doesn't specify what version it is but it's the most expensive. Maybe it's that? And they forgot to add the "Ultimate"?

On store page it is called "THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV"(the most expensive one). Looks like they just forgot to add "Ultimate", but this is it
