I cant pull some combos not because Im using controller (I use the Dpad on a Xbox Controller), but since Im actually casual player. I have finished 31/39 Characters combos and starting to get better at Online. So practice is the key.
I can say this game doesnt play like others, but not in the wrong way. I think now I can do inputs cleaner, without mashing buttons.
I mean I can use a stick too.
It plays great on keyboard, everyone on PC has a keyboard.
All this with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Xbox 360 controller dpad and on top of that KOF XIII is much harder than this game.
So yes git gud.
Of all methods, keyboard/hitbox offers the most advantages. In some games you can even do things impossible on sticks/pads.
Thing is, hitbox is the most expensive for some reason. KoF XV at the very least, just feels horrible on controller. The inputs are anything but intuitive, it is so unnatural.
A decent keyboard could be "fine too", I guess, but a Mixbox would be more preferable.
Ah, I see. Where do you order your mixbox? And most pros are still on stick, since that's what they're used to. Hitbox/mixbox are super expensive sadly.
The best input method is what is the most comfortable for you and that has never changed.
