Any other noobs playing online?
i have an ethernet cable but i have stage fright. help, the horror stories of the godlike mexican players online just have me playing trials and story mode in an effort to 'git gud'. but i feel like i'm handicapping myself somehow by only facing the cpu

surely i'm not the only summer sale baby

The godlike players are all champions if you're a complete noob I don't think you're gonna face them much.

Once you reach champion though there is no escape from good players :o)

I actually found more "noobs" online in this game than in other fighters. In Street Fighter you find TRYHARDS even in Bronze Ranks, it's insane...

well i think i finally got over myself lol. I made a lobby and had some great matches with some random with a godlike connection for about 2 hours, although I didnt win once. Was pretty close a to winning a few times but I kept dropping the lead. Honestly it's just a game and i feel like a dumbass for even worrying about taking an L at first. No point in facing the AI either unless i'm practicing.

but man these games run like butter when you meet the right person. 62ms was even more like heaven

about people running in casuals, that's kind of dumb. Rematches feel like a requirement for me, I can't run after one bad match. I like when people stick around and just keep running games. Idk there's this sense of rivalry that I enjoy from it even if I'm getting bodied

alright i'm gonna bump this for the 20th time in a minute. yesterday I hooked my pc up to an arcade cabinet so I wonder if i'll play better on the arcade stick, i'm used to a fightpad so this should be a fun test
