Ok, try the room matches, that are working fine. MAYBE this year they deliver a fix to the broken things.

Have you tried lobbies? Never ever had issues there. There is always smb to play with. I mean unless you live in the middle of the ocean with no one close.

I test it with my friend and we both are waiting in the same moment and we can't find each other on casual. We even can't join to our private lobbies. Meh. Thank you all. I'll wait then.

That sounds extremely unusual like a specific problem you or your friend are experiencing. Some firewall blocking maybe? It's really weird honestly.

I feel like I always have problems with KOF games. We both play Tekken 7, MK9, MKX and MK11 with no problems but KOF... meh. Thanks for trying to help. We'll check our firewall.

If you cant join lobbies is not a matchmaking problem. Have you both accepted the Windows Firewall message that appeared when you first launched the game? My friend had a similar problem and just accepting it made it work for him.

check if The King of Fighters XV is allowed.

Ask for a refund with the reply "Online is broken" and you might still have a chance if you push it with steam that you were mislead into online functioning. Don't buy SNK games in the future.

NONE of them are worth it, ever.
