The console version of the game doesn't have issues connecting to people online so compare the console version with the PC version and see where the code is broken.

Stop using epic servers or atleast remove crossplay with epic no one really plays on that platform LMAO i really think its the only reason why online is so buggy.

so no real fix then for this problem, the game will finish like the kof xiv you did shatter my expectations SNK ! ! ! ! ! ! ! no wonder why street fighter franchise is always superior even if there are a lot of problem with SFV but the game managed to live since 2016 and yet you have now the same amount of players as a six years old game, where this game have only one month life .

It's not up to you to do the devs' job. They are aware that their online is broken (on steam)! You try to give rational arguments, but believe me... when someone has decided not to listen to you, even the best arguments will be useless!

I welcome you from coming out and answer that user with a band aid solution that doesn't work with 90% of your player base. I actually find it atrocious you release dlc chars when you have more important issues to fix with your game, and also issues that all of you at SNK are awere of, matchmaking being one of them and also the most important one. You guys are literally spiting on your PC costumers for no aparent reason since day one basicly. Its a shame because its probably the best product you guys release in the last 10 years or so and people like me that actually payed 60 euros to play the game are resorted to stay in training mode because matchmaking is still broken from day 1 pretty much and still are not news about a possible fix but instead we se release of dlc chars and even free dlc chars that seems to me that is to shutt people up about the atrocious matchmaking. People are asking for a simple matchmaking fix, how hard can that be? I can only talk for myself alone but i can tell you that until that is not fix my money goes elsewhere that actually cares and listen their playerbase and i will never buy another product from your company again because i feel cheated.

We are investigating the issues but with the PC, the reasons can multiply exponentially, it can be PC specs, internet connection, graphics, antivirus, firewalls, in-game search filter settings, etc., and we need to rule out the user-specific conditions.

I don't understand why yall didn't let someone else do the netcode. SNK is notoriously bad with netcode, why didn't you let a team like the ones who do the +R netcode do it? It's ridiculous. SNK netcode is why I stopped playing a lot of the games, but it probably doesn't matter since they already got my money.

This is why testing games before releasing them is important. I couldn't get a refund because I had too many hours, but I can't even play this ♥♥♥♥ online unless I play with friends. So pathetic.
