Unable to access W6 Achievements

Like it says in the title, I'm unable to access the W6 achievement board, both in the quick access menu and visiting the actual board itself. Despite completing the quest to gain access to it and double checking the ingame quest menu to see it in my completion list, I have no way to claim any achievements I might have or upgrades.
