the game wont let me buy balens or get VIP it just opens steam in japanese for some reason

I've been trying to log in for literally hours, but the server selection screen is always white and blank. I've verified the game files, restarted my computer, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Is anyone else unable to log in today?

So, unless Wartune has been bought by Bethesda, or the creators of Wartune have an agreement with them, why the hell is the background music LITERALLY THE EXACT SAME TUNE AS THE ELDER SCROLLS THEME SONG? I've loved Wartune for a while now, but I have to admit I'm not impressed with them ripping off a big game. Really makes me not want to play, or even spend money on the game once in a while like I did on mobile. Like, I would probably make a video of this and alert Bethesda, because this music is NOT Wartt...
