Other ideas: Buff items that give fortify or haste, using a bow on Ninja to let you pop Dark Weight from a distance safely repeatedly
The main point of concern IMO would be your level and your weapon skill, since obviously some weapon restrictions apply between Knight and Terror Knight (I stayed TK because my Denam is using 2H swords and Knights can't use them). Obviously it's pretty hard to be underleveled in this version of the game, but it could help to check if you're just shy of your current level cap, and dump some EXP charms into Denam if so.
Basically run away from him until you have enough MP to hit Vyce with a finishing move. He should go down in a few hits if you repeat that. That's more or less the general strategy for the fight. It helps to equip some beefy healing items if you have them handy, and it makes it easier to kite him around like this if you've been upgrading your gear via crafting, since you can get an additional +1 move and +1 jump from crafted gloves and pants, but it should still be possible without that.
Don't forget to swap your skills around, too. I forgot to remove things like Pincer Attack the first few times I tried the fight. HP+, Phalanx (if you're a knight), Rampart Aura are all great. If you get creative with positioning, Rampart can really let you keep Vyce at bay while you circle the statues in the room, or climb the stairs.
Additionally, they can cast HP / MP Drain to help replenish their own supply. I wouldn't recommend using MP Drain as it doesn't deal nearly enough to be worth the effort. But HP Drain can help save you when you don't have a healer nearby.
Make sure one of your healers have Boon of Swiftness spell.
During battle setup, move healers to the front line.
Cast Boon of Swiftness on Arycelle and Denam.
Try to move all your chars closer to Vyce. Eventually he will come close to you, but he will have his finisher ready.
Focus all finishing moves on him. Make sure your chars have Blessing Stones and HP pods allowing them to revive/heal others.
If I were to do it all over again, I would honestly have had Denam trained his bow skills then tackled the Vyce 1v1 fight.
4 mending leaves and spamming the finisher and after 5 tries the fight was over... But what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke this was... Vistory felt like being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on and being told you are good... to take the ♥♥♥♥ with you...
Especially since Ice finisher = bonus damage on Wind Vyce. ;)
Status effect items are so spammable in this game compared to the psp version. Go nuts with weaken, breach, fortify, strengthen, poison, stun. Pretty sure any of these work to make the fight easier, and only 2 should be able to drastically change the fight.
