Interestingly, the vast bulk of the file size (over 6gb) is taken up by the movie files (different files for different languages too).
It is totally irrelivent.
Graphics and voices do not make a game but the gameplay alone
They can make a great game better though. It's all relative and dependent on the quality of the project if the juice is worth the squeeze.
Good graphics can even be a put off for people, personally i prefer 2d games than realistic 3d ones.
It's a matter of taste.
My favorite games all 2d, Uo, Diablo, Path of Exile, Civilization, Terraria, Bindining of isaac etc. the list goes on.
We're talking about multi-locale videos and voice work here though for the size not graphics... don't move the goalposts..
(as an aside, Blizz did an excellent job on D2:R)
