Instead, I played through the story to the point where you decide whether or not to punish people for sacking Heim. If I remember right, you don't punish them. After doing this, my Galgastan reputation went from 37 to 56 and this was enough to recruit Cressida.
If you are intent on punishing them for sacking the city, I cannot say how substantial your reputation hit is going to be.
The added advantage of doing it the zombie way is that zombies being stilled gives CF, but doesn't count as an incap if you're doing a no-incap run.
