Also @OP there's a warlock in Chapter 4 named Rudlum(?) that joins as Dark element I believe. I think his sprite stays the same though even if you change him to TK.
There is a dark elemental Warlock that you rescue in Palace of the Dead, but he's the only one I managed to find.
By the end of the Law route, I had a 62 Chaos rating with Galgastani. Now I'm doing Chaos route, and it's dropped significantly.
May have to follow the strategy of hiring a bunch of Galgastani and throwing them into the meat grinder. :-(
Both I believe give you Galgastani CF.
Also, if you turn to a Necromancer your Element will automatically turn Dark.
