Where The Hell Do I Get Sorcerer Robes?

Alright, I'm on Chapter 4 with a current level cap of 32, and the spell casters in my army have been using the same basic armor set they had way back in the tutorial levels. Barring the exception of having crafted them into +1 gear.

I've had the recipe to craft a +1 Sorcerer Robe for practically the whole game, yet I have not found a single one in which to use it on.

From what I've seen, it appears that the crafting recipes are heavily biased in favor of martial and ranged characters. Spell casters unlock things at an exhaustively slow pace. I get it, their spells are supposed to make them into glass cannons. But I'm approaching the end of the main story here, and it's time to give them an upgrade already!

iirc you unlock more Phorampa levels in ch4, try looking over there? i just got to ch4 so i can't tell yet
