Having fun with randos!!!
eeeee no ♥♥♥♥ pvp and ♥♥♥♥ the 1 shoters with low level caracters i try Darksouls 3 ones play with me wife whas ok ish with the invasion got invaided by 4 blue people every time and they had difrent weapons to only one shot me so i give up on that game for that reason Elden ring i play that game with seamless CO OP mod with my wife and had a blast of my life so PVP stays out of my prefrence zone
There is no way to mod the game at the moment like with Nioh 2.
Nioh 2 had mods thanks to the mod enabler[www.nexusmods.com]. Until someone makes something like that for Wo Long there is not going to be any real mods. Just Reshade presets and cheat engine tables.
Making a mod enabler for Wo Long would have been easy if it weren't for the fact that they moved from DX11 to DX12, and the tool that was used to create the mod enabler for Nioh 2 (3Dmigoto) only works on DX11 games.
That said, there are people working on a modding tool at the moment so let's just wait and see.
kb controls are hardly the only bad thing about this game
its too easy, the combat is too simple and the builds might as well not exist since your playstyle will always be the same regardless of what you pick
The story and voice acting are also horrible.
Then there's also performance issues.
It's a downgraded Sekiro and a downgraded Nioh at the same time. Not surprised people were disappointed. The mixed reviews are well deserved.
Which voice acting? Chinese or Japanese? If its English, I dont know why I'd care. Story isnt great, but its still better then say Elden Ring's story. Neither game tried to market on the strength of its story, so who cares? That is not what people play these games for.
Performance issues are real, but again: people took it upon themselves (werent you among them? I forgot) to insist the minor kb/m (which were in reality not even kb/m but ONLY mouse issues) were a huge problem that dwarfed anything else.
Difficulty too easy? Yes, compared to similar games. This can also be said about Elden Ring tho. Most people dont really care too much. This game had enough that complained about boss x or y, so clearly it was not ''too easy'' for everyone. Furthermore, it is considered too easy after experiencing dark souls, bloodborne, sekiro, nioh 1, nioh 2, elden ring etc. By more average (or less experienced) gamer standards, this game is not easy.
So your complaint here is also overblown. Easier then people would have liked to see? Depends on the person, but overall I would say yes. Too easy in general? No.
As for the combat being ''too simple'', only compared to Nioh 1 & Nioh 2. It has more complexity compared to say Sekiro or Elden Ring. Noone cares the core gameplay of those games is very simple. In fact most people that played the games loved their combat.
The community already disapproved you on this one many times at this point.
The game has plenty of flaws. Some of them like QOL/UI things have been fixed since, whether the rest are here to stay or fixed in DLC who knows. But for now they exist.
But you are an exceptionally poor arbiter for arguing against the game's flaws if you cannot accurately relay the actual flaws the game has or the extent to which they are a flaw.
I am surprised you are back here now, only to use the same weak arguments as you have in the past.
What makes you think that they're even trying to improve performance or that they know how?
From steamdb: https://steamdb.info/app/1448440/patchnotes/?all
The game is updated daily (we don't know for sure what's included in those update)
But one can hope it's the performance fix or maybe another QoL update
