But I'm an idiot, I bought all in with the complete edition after it was advertised as the team that made Nioh 2, which gave me 1500+ hours of entertainment.
Should have paid more attention, but I'm a guy with ADHD.
This game is far from a Souls borne. This is not a Souls borne and came not even close to it. Seems to be that you are more like a troll
Alright, I'm just being fair...that ones on you. On the mission menu it will tell you what's a main battle both in text, and the little image next to it.
As for the rest...well
Made-in-China is a byword for inferior quality. This game is a made-in-China clone of NIoh.
One thing ive noticed with the double jump is the ability to bounce off an enemy attack if timed right.
But Sekiro did this much better
Your time is worth more than 70 dollars. Ive had friends who have spent 100 hours on souls games and hated every minute.
Theres tons of cheaper games youll enjoy, play them instead
ps4 was even weak when it released, and it was 10 years ago.
I agree though, double jump is a bit annoying. They should give more height, or at the least not drop you like a stone for no apparent reason.
As in, you can literally press the deflect button well before the attack reaches you and STILL deflect it effortlessly.
I can only assume that, like many others have stated, you're just not investing the time to learn how to play.
2 problems with that logic. Just being fair not trying to start anything.
Honestly half the things you talk about could be remedied if you werent on a ancient console. Your probablly dealing with alot of input lag tbh. This game barely runs good on Series X and PS5 you really didnt expect it to run well on a PS4 did ya? LOL
Most of the time they are good for distracting boss or keeping them chain stunned. They also take aggro from enemies during level clear. They are not useless, but they cant carry bad players.
It does not take long. Are you confusing it with having your guard/spirit broken? That happens because you got attacked when the spirit bar was empty (full orange) Yes that does take a long time, that is the point. Dont have your spirit broken or it will leave you very vulnerable. Human bosses have this mechanic too.
Yes, map is pretty bad. Its one of the QOL things missing from this game that need to be improved. There are many other things like this that are missing and make the UI worse.
Deflecting is easier in this game. Dont need perfect timing.
You have to watch the attack animation, not the ''red flash''. Time the deflect when the attack itself is about to hit you.
I think the misunderstanding is because Sekiro taught players to watch for arbitrary sign like the red flash. They dont understand they need to watch the attack itself.
