Asmon just doesn't care about things like this so he didn't like the game.
Also he knows nothing about the mechanics and learning on a big stream is close to impossible. For example he didn't know why he was staggered, he didn't know why he was using so much spirit (heavy armor) etc.
He will say the game is trash etc because it is good content and just how he is. It is still only his opinion.
Either way, the game is not bad. Copying Sekiro? It's way more Nioh then Sekiro. Also, who do you think Fromsoft copied when they made Sekiro?
Actually playing this im reminded how much gameplay depth the Nioh games had that Sekiro didnt. The combat flow was great, but damn if the rest of the gameplay wasnt very lacking.
True. Funny thing is that playing Wo Long now makes me want to play Nioh 2 again after finishing this one.
Note: I also like this game.
