"Confronting Dynus" quest bugged

Currently stuck on the "Confronting Dynus" quest step "Choose to fight Dynus or make an offering." I've made *all* the offerings, every altar is complete, and I've played through the epilogue, but this quest never updated, completed, or progressed past that step (if there's another after it). I also never got the "Appease the Moon Dragon" achievement, so I'm quite certain it's bugged. Haven't fought Dynus yet to see if that changes anything.

I actually got it by going into his lair room and selecting to confront him. He has an option to give him an offer at that prompt. The cutscene you get when you finish the last altar does NOT count.

Over one Year later and still the same problem.
When i told Dynus i would do the altars nothing happened, after the altars the quest is still there.

I am about to do the 100% Achievements and have 120h of Gameplay in this run, so it's kinda frustrating that i haven't gotten the Appease Achievement now.
