Christmas Lightfish bugged?
Ive been trying to find this fish but no luck. Tried many times on town and West forrest.
This fish is bugged or something? People are saying the last patch messed up some item related stuff

Can only be fished in town and its the rarest fish, it takes time to get him.

I caught one by fishing on the three jump rocks to the east of town that lead out towards the monkey area.
