Withergate Barn??

Im currently working on my Nel'vari barns (upgrading and buying all the new animals) and I hear word that the Withergate works a lot different from Sun Haven and Nel'Vari. So my questions are:

Do we still get 4 barns?
Are they upgradable to tier 3?
How much capacity do we get per tier?

With the Withergate farm there's 1 barn that's in the sewer. It's a door in a wall and it leads to the interior of the barn. You have to buy a key using a currency used in Withergate. You buy upgrade permits to upgrade the barn up to tier 3 but you don't craft anything. You just right click the Withergate barn upgrade permits in your inventory.. I don't remember how much the animal capacity went up with each upgrade.

You can put Withergate animals in barns on the other farms. That applies to all animals. Each animal can be placed in the barns on the other farms.
