Theoretically someone could give you all the books/potions you need and you'd be able to have all the skill points without needing any experience.
That said, getting any skills that "gives more <type> experience" is useless because you'll eventually get all the skills and have nothing else to do.
So we only need to buy the town hall potions once, then craft the skill books for each level? Seems straight-forward, thanks again!
I'll mark the comment with the most info as "answer" so people can find it quick for future searches, but I gave you each the "Take My Points" reward as thanks. <3
yeah its even an achievement to max all trees.
after level 70 its maxed, and then you need skilltomes/skillpotions to unlock the rest of the points. (from townhall for the community coins, and the skilltomes from crafting them at the anvil by unlock it as a skill in skilltree)
