No customers in Remy's restaurant

Hello! Since a while back, I never have any customers inside Remy's restaurant. Have anyone else had this issue? Can't finish event quests due to it.

It's happened to me at least twice so far.
But it was easily fixed, just leave the restaurant and then return, the interior instance reloads and everything/everyone that was/is missing should come back.

At least, it did for me.
