Buy the DLC multiple times?

I have the base game and both DLCs on my Nintendo switch and I recently bought the base game for my PC so I could play while I'm away at collage but I realized I don't have access to the DLC worlds. The quests still show up as do the characters I've already unlocked. But does this mean I need to buy the DLC again?

Yeah, you need licenses for each thing on every platform you want to play it. I can see that being terrible since a chunk of the cost is some mandatory moonstones. Buying a big all inclusive version is the cheapest way to get Base game + DLCs.

The DLCs are platform specific.
While the savegame will record what you did on the other platform, the base game has no access to the DLC location.

So you will need to buy the DLC for PC.
