I am surprised Descendants was an option, I thought they would never be allowed to add those characters.

Big Hero 6 is a good call, I couldn't really think of anything. Pan will likely be part of Skull Rock. Some Tron would be nice, but characters is a tough one.

I put shoes and skirt for the most needed cloth options, the heels and skirts are fairly desolate for options. Stockings/pantyhose basically non-existent. Makeup would be a reasonable choice too, they usually just throw in some face paint.

Separate items for the costumes seemed like a no brainer, since it's more versatile, even if you have to click more.

I forgot to mention Atlantis, I really want Kida to join the Valley.
Maybe I didn't have to, with so many references to Atlantis built into the core game, Kida will eventually arrive.
