The Ceremony, failure to progress

I got to the point where Moana asks me to place a pedestal near my house in order to procede to the next step.
But no matter where I placed the mission relevant pedestal, this stage never completed.

I tried every place I could think of next to my house, nothing happened.
Is this caused when there is more then one player house on the map?

Going to try it on my Switch now, seeing if I get different results.

I'm also having this problem. Any one figure out how to fix it?

it needs to be your main house i know that, it can't be anything but the main one that has multiple floors inside

It was the DLC.
Apparently my "main house" is now the one located in Eternity Isle.

There are two main houses, the one in the Valley and the one on the Isle.
