In the case of Disney Infinity, Disney's game studio was actively involved in producing the game.
Apparently, their hope to see a surge in new buyers taking advantage of the sale/founder gifts has not really panned out. The numbers keep trending down. 1768 average for the last 30 days. That should have gone way up if potential buyers saw the value in the sale/founder gifts. It also indicates that there are not many new players...all of us are just sitting around waiting for 12/5.
