Ursula is walking on land but Prince Eric was never brought up

Hi, so I have Ariel-Mermaid form only but level 10, Ursula level 10 & is also Vanessa, & Kristof & Donald Duck are also level 10. What do I have to do to finally unlock Eric? Ariel hasn't brought him or any memory hinting towards Eric. Do you guys know if he'll somehow be brought back around for me to finally receive Ursula's Quest to unlock Eric? I now have Belle & Beast which by helping Beast find a friend, triggered nothing. I was hoping Kristof would miss his fishing buddy but no mention of Eric's existence as of yet...

Ursula’s level 10 mission involves bringing Eric into the Valley.
You will also need Ariel at level 10 Friendship.

You need forgotten lands opened for Ursula's level 10 quest.

I have all of the lands unlocked. I'm only missing Prince Eric.

Unlocking the lands is not the only criteria, it just gives access to the trinkets Ursula wants in exchange for freeing Eric from her "garden".

When Ursula gets to level 10 Fiendship, she will grant a mission to collect the trinkets, with the requirement that all the lower level missions in the chain have all been conpleted.
A secondary requirement of this mission is to have Ariel at level 10 Friendship, so make sure she is there before trying to rescue Eric.

you also have to do the friendship quests for both ursula and ariel before the level 10 one can be started. the fact ariel doesn't have legs yet tells me you haven't.

Yeah, it's weird. Ursular's bar when talking to her says it's Maxed level 10 but if I go to the Character collection in the menu it shows she's in level 8 so I must've hit a glitch but I do hope I can get the quest you mentioned so I can get Eric. Thanks guys <3

go to quests tab and it will show you the characters locked quests and tell you what you are missing to unlock them

Ursula gripes about Eric at some point.

Maybe in the shop bundle's quests?

You don't need Ariel to be a best friend. I unlocked Prince Eric with Ariel at about level 7 or 8.
